Dorene Kuffer is the senior and principal attorney with over 30 years practicing all aspects of criminal and family law in New Mexico and Illinois.
Dorene earned an LL.M. (an advanced law degree) in Child and Family Law from Loyola University, Chicago School of Law. In Illinois, Dorene handled cases ranging from traffic, misdemeanor, felony and death penalty cases, to divorce, custody, adoption, business litigation and contract disputes. She was also an adjunct professor at Loyola University teaching family law to graduate level students.
In 2007, Dorene moved to New Mexico, where she is licensed to practice before the 10th District Court, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court as well as all magistrate, metropolitan and district courts in New Mexico.
